The estate has four hectares of vines. Deep gravel on a sand-gravel-limestone-clay subsoil. 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. 100% natural integrated pest management. Temperature controlled stainless steel vats, French oak barrels (1/4 new every year). Manual harvests.
