Family wine estate since 1779, Château La Clotte Cazalis turned to an organic production since a few years. Today Marie-Pierre Lacoste, a young wine maker, oenologist and agronomist, is running this estate specialised into the sweet wines production. There are 5 ha dedicated to the Sauternes production, and there are also 3 ha of Bordeaux red wines.
