A pop-up restaurant in the heart of the estate From 30 October to 18 December, Haut-Bailly will be opening its doors every Thursday evening for a series of pop-up dinners at the Cellarium, our fully renovated former wine cellars. In the spirit of a convivial restaurant, this culinary experience invites lovers of the region to (re)discover the estate and its wines in a relaxed atmosphere. At the helm is Maxime Pommier, chef at La Table Privée Haut-Bailly, who offers authentic, family-style cuisine featuring local produce. In addition, the wine list features around thirty wines from the estate, a selection of different vintages by the glass, and a tasting set to discover the full richness of Haut-Bailly wines.
The offer is based on a single starter–main course–dessert menu at €49, with two alternatives available at each stage.
