Authentic medieval castle from 1305.As soon as he was elected as a Pope (in 1305), Bertrand de Goth had this fortified castle built where he was born in Villandraut. His new residence combined elaborate systems of defense with refined elements of living conditions. Cultural events take place in the heart of this outstanding building. Classified historical monument.

Opening hours

Toute l'année sur rendez-vous. Avril, mai et juin : week-ends et jours fériés de 10h à 13h et de 15h à 18h30. Juillet, août et septembre : tous les jours de 10h à 13h et de 15h à 18h30.
